If an activity isn’t worth a metric, it’s probably not worth spending money to reduce it.
Related: if management isn’t tracking the effective time cost of meetings and silently absorbing them via extended working hours, I’m skeptical that AI generated meeting notes (accurate or hallucinated) will “free up time”. More likely, since meetings are now assisted, there will be more of them.
