I don’t know when this started, but releasing medical test records directly to patients without mediating through experts is not a good experience.

Getting a list of point-in-time measurements, without error margins, of things I don’t understand the significance of and have different ranges “depending on the lab”, but have an understandably high emotional attachment to, is not a good experience.
