@sewblue Nice! Agree about steering clear of the core team - IME it’s much easier to ask different/novel questions from an outsider’s perspective when you haven’t been invested in the solution and acclimatized to the group’s way of thinking. Being able to ask those questions, late in a project, that elicits a constructive conversation is a skill in itself :)

I don’t view those as dumb questions though - I think they speak to the need for diverse teams so that we cover more options.
