What I keep hearing in this conversation is that diverse teams, who feel safe with one another, are emotionally invested in the outcome, and suspend judgment during brainstorming, produce better outcomes.
Also, one of those team members might be an LLM. The LLM prompts people to do work differently. It doesn’t do the work to create the environment.
