Just recently I interviewed an individual who (1) could not speak to their own resume; (2) regularly looked at a second screen while we spoke; (3) referenced a LI profile URL in their resume that described a totally different person; and (4) is now gone from LI entirely.

“Before AI, there were cases of pay-to-interview schemes with interviewees who kept their cameras off during remote interviews. If hired, they sounded *suspiciously different *from the person who interviewed.”
