For several months my team at work have been independently vetting and de-risking big technical bets. They’ve been working in independent areas, with few feedback cycles, many discarded paths, and significant uncertainty.
They’re now at the point where pieces are hooking into each other and the entire system is coming together. They’re plugging subsystems into each other while maintaining optionality for likely future bottlenecks.
It’s one of the best phases of the delivery journey and they’re crushing it.
