I’ve been prompting multiple models (Claude, Codex, Gemini) to generate a SWOT report for a known codebase, limiting output to no more than 4 items in each category.
I’m saving those as intermediate {model}.md files. I’m then prompting them all to distill the top 4 opportunities from the multiple reports.
There are some good suggestions, but they don’t converge.
