Using multiple models it’s really easy to succumb to the “confidence is competence” illusion that plagues management. Every model confidently asserts that something is “done” or “addressed”.
They also silently operate with stale context and double down on previous assessments.
There’s a lot of prompting along the lines of “confirm/deny whether X feedback is accurate”.
